Builders Risk for the Professional Builder

Pro-Builders Risk is an automated builders risk insurance program designed for the Professional Builder that produces 25 or more new starts per year.  Pro-Builders Risk offers a choice of higher deductibles and lower rates .   Insured builders can use the software to report new starts and produce their own Certificates of Insurance for loan closings.  Premiums are billed on a monthly basis and even the premium payment can be automated!
